Where does conference data come from?
We pull from Sessionize, Papercall, Confs.tech, and Meetup.com. Data refreshes every 6 hours. We track 300+ conferences and meetups across 95+ cities.
What types of events do you track?
Industry summits, community meetups, webinars, workshops, and hybrid events across tech, DevOps, AI, cloud, security, and more.

Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan is yours forever — no credit card required. You get 5 AI-matched events, unlimited favorites, full calendar access, and all preference settings.
What do paid plans add?
Paid plans (Monthly €4.99 or Yearly €49.99) unlock unlimited AI matches, full directory access with advanced filters, email digests, deadline reminders, and priority support (Yearly only).
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrade from your account settings anytime. Your matches are already computed, so you'll see your full list of opportunities immediately.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from account settings anytime. You keep access until your billing period ends, then revert to Free. No data lost.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support if you're unhappy within the first two weeks of your paid subscription.

Can I save events?
Yes — all users can save unlimited favorites! Use the heart icon to bookmark events. Saved events appear in your Favorites where you can track status and deadlines.
How do notifications work?
Paid users receive email notifications when new events match your profile and when deadlines approach. Control cadence and categories in Preferences.
Can I export to my calendar?
Yes! Export deadlines to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. Available to all users.
How can I improve match scores?
Keep your profile current with specific expertise areas, set preferred formats and regions, and interact with your matches. The system learns from your selections.

How do I update my profile?
Open Preferences inside the app to edit your bio, interests, expertise, locations, formats, and notification rules.
How do you protect my data?
We use industry-standard security including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and strict access controls. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact support or use the account settings to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.
