We only capture data that helps you discover relevant events or lets us operate the platform safely.
We also create derived metrics (for example, how many submissions are pending) to power dashboards. Those derived values are tied to your profile but are easy to remove if you delete the account.
Every use maps to a lawful basis: contract (delivering the product), legitimate interest (security, analytics), consent (marketing, beta feedback), or legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory requests).
We never sell personal data. We share it only with vetted processors who help us run the platform:
If data leaves the UK/EU we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other officially recognized safeguards and regularly review vendor posture.
We keep personal data while you have an active subscription. After cancellation we archive key records for up to 24 months to comply with tax rules, defend legal claims, or help you reactivate faster. You can request earlier deletion; we will remove everything except what we are legally required to retain (for example, invoices).
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, segment production networks, follow least-privilege access, and review logs for abuse. AI-generated recommendations are kept inside your workspace; models are trained on anonymized, aggregated data so that your submissions stay private. No security program is perfect, so notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We'll update this page if regulations, product features, or processors change. Material updates will arrive by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they apply.
