By accessing or using CallForPapersAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
CallForPapersAI provides AI-powered conference discovery and matching for speakers. We aggregate CFP data from public sources and use machine learning to match opportunities with user profiles.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
Subscriptions & Payments
- Free accounts have limited features as described on pricing page
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime from account settings
- Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell access to the Service
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create (speaker profiles, proposals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user content) remain our exclusive property. Our trademarks may not be used without written permission.
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of conference data or AI recommendations. Conference details may change without notice by event organizers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
