Acceptable use

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Price changes or material plan adjustments will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and ensuring payment methods stay current.
If a payment fails we may suspend access until the invoice is settled. Where required by law, you can request a refund within the statutory cooling-off window.
Content & intellectual property
You own the content you upload (profiles, proposals, preferences). By using the Service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the product to you. The Call For Papers AI platform, trademarks, and code remain our intellectual property; you obtain no ownership rights.

Termination
You can cancel any time through the billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or fail to pay invoices. After termination we may delete your data in line with our retention schedule, except where law requires us to keep certain records.
Liability, indemnity & governing law
To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of £100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Call For Papers AI, our directors, and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and disputes will be handled exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico after good-faith attempts at informal resolution.
